1. What type of information is covered by our Privacy Policy?

Our Privacy Policy applies to nonpublic personal information we receive from or about consumers and customers (and their legal representatives) in connection with financial related activities or services that are primarily for personal, family or household purposes. Examples of financial related activities or services include leases for terms of at least 90 days and the installment purchases of vehicles. This policy applies to both present and former customers and consumers.

2. What information do we collect?

We collect nonpublic personal information about you in relation to obtaining financial related services or activities primarily for personal, family or household purposes, from any of the following sources:

a. Information we receive from you on applications or forms (such as your name, address, social security number, employer, occupation, assets and income);
b. Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others (such as your account balance, employment history, payment history, parties to transactions, liability insurance coverage and credit card usage); and
c. Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency (such as your creditworthiness and credit history).


3. With whom do we share the covered information?

a. Affiliated Companies

We may disclose any of the nonpublic personal information we collect, as described in the three categories listed above, to our affiliated companies. Our affiliated companies include financial service providers, insurance companies, service companies and payment processing companies, and non-financial companies, such as automotive repair facilities and data processing companies. We do not share your covered nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties, other than as described below under "Information Shared with Nonaffiliated Third Parties." Where they apply, we reserve limits and restrictions set by law as to sharing certain kinds of information with our affiliates.

b. Information Shared with Nonaffiliated Third Parties.

We may disclose any of the nonpublic personal information we collect to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law. Examples of such permitted disclosures include but are not limited to disclosures that are necessary to service or process a financial service or product requested by you, disclosures that are necessary to maintain your account with our company, disclosures to credit bureaus and similar organizations, and disclosures that are necessary to comply with Federal, state or local laws.

We may also share any of the nonpublic personal information we collect to companies that perform services for or functions on our behalf, including marketing services, and to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may also disclose any of the nonpublic personal information we collect to nonaffiliated third parties upon your direction or with your consent.

4. How do we protect your covered information?

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and affiliates who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
